Common questions
- Delete my account: Profile › Account › Delete account. Your data is erased within 30 days.
- Download my data: Profile › Account › Download my data. We email it within 48 hours.
- Report someone or something: use Report in the chat, on the reel or under the review. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
- Cancel Gold: in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or at platereel.com/account if you subscribed on the web.
- I own a restaurant: open its page in the app and tap "Claim this page", or email hello@platereel.com.
