Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and JULY 16TH LLC ("Platereel", "we") for using the Platereel app and website.
Who can use Platereel
You must be 18 or older and give accurate information, including your birthday. One account per person.
Your content
- You own the reviews, ratings, photos and messages you post. You give us permission to show them on Platereel and in our marketing about Platereel.
- Post only about places you actually visited. Ratings must come from a real check-in.
- Reels you link stay on Instagram or TikTok; we only show them through their official embeds.
Rules
No harassment, hate, spam, fake check-ins, fake accounts, paid reviews you don't disclose, or content that isn't yours. Don't use invites to farm rewards. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Restaurants
Restaurant accounts are for owners and their teams. Perks and events must be honored as posted. Paying for promotions never changes ratings or reviews. Restaurant subscriptions are billed monthly through our website.
Gold
Gold is an optional monthly subscription that changes how Platereel looks. It renews until you cancel, through the App Store or on platereel.com depending on where you bought it. Free months earned by inviting friends have no cash value.
Disclaimers
Restaurant information can change; check with the restaurant. Platereel is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
